Hello. I upgraded my plan and it was included a new phone and Samsung chrome book.  Unfortunately I didn't received a chromebook.

    The Samsung Chromebook would usually form part of a promotional claim offer rather than being automatically shipped together with the handset.

     

    To claim the Chromebook, you would need to follow the instructions provided on our offer claim page: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/claim-your-offer.

     

    Please ensure you:

    • Submit the claim within the promotional claim window
    • Have your IMEI number available from the new handset
    • Follow all instructions provided on the claim page carefully
