Plan upgrade/change over - advice please!

Hi,  I received an email recently advising my contract was about to end and I was able to upgrade - which I did. I received the new phone shortly after and proceeded to transfer sim/data etc. The problem is that my revised plan hasn't changed although someone has told me that it should do when my old contract actually expires (next month). Also I have not been issued with any sort of receipt in order to claim the extra freebies - Can anybody advise please. Thanks

Thank you for reaching out, and I completely understand your concerns it can be confusing when upgrading and not seeing the changes immediately.

 

Your upgraded plan was supposed to be showing immediately after the upgrade. Regarding the extras or promotional freebies, please visit this site as it depends on the promotions: Claim your offer | iD Mobile Network

Many thanks for that Luna, I will try reaching out to the email that you supplied. I have already looked at the link regarding the freebies offer and it clearly states that I must produce a receipt showing date of purchase within 30 days.
