Hi, I received an email recently advising my contract was about to end and I was able to upgrade - which I did. I received the new phone shortly after and proceeded to transfer sim/data etc. The problem is that my revised plan hasn't changed although someone has told me that it should do when my old contract actually expires (next month). Also I have not been issued with any sort of receipt in order to claim the extra freebies - Can anybody advise please. Thanks

Thank you for reaching out, and I completely understand your concerns it can be confusing when upgrading and not seeing the changes immediately.
