I have two plans - 5GB and 20GB. Can I swap the phone numbers on them?

No, you cannot swap numbers between plans.

Hi @grahamnoelbutler

I’m really sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues. I do need to let you know that, unfortunately, iD Mobile isn’t able to transfer or exchange numbers between different iD Mobile accounts.

Regards,

Gemma
