My plan expires next month. There is a plan which I’d like to have on Uswitch which is better than that offered in-app. How can I get that, please?

Kindly note that you would not be able to upgrade through Uswitch and keep your existing iD Mobile account, as Uswitch is a third-party comparison website. In most cases, taking a deal through Uswitch would require you to open a new account, which may affect your ability to keep your current number.

If you would like to keep your existing number and remain on your current account, I would recommend upgrading directly through the iD Mobile app or by contacting our Sales Team on 0800 049 0250, who can discuss the upgrade deals currently available to you.

Please note that some offers advertised by third-party comparison websites may be exclusive to those platforms and may not be available through the iD Mobile app or Customer Services.
