    Hi @Darren Bramhall

If th sales team can’t help the the other option is to transfer your number, via PAC code, to another provider e.g. SMARTY (as they also use the 3 network and have value monthly PAYG SIM packages) and then transfer back, using a PAC code, to iD Mobile on the upgrade deal you wish to have.

How to Perform a Triangle Port to Keep Your Number
    1. Get a PAC Code:
Request a PAC code from iD Mobile for the number you wish to keep.
    2. Port to Another Network:
Purchase a temporary PAYG SIM from a different mobile provider (e.g., SMARTY, as they also use the 3 network and have good value PAYG SIM deals).
    3. Transfer Your Number:
Give your PAC code to the new PAYG provider to transfer your number from iD Mobile to their network.
    4. Wait for Completion:
Allow at least 24 hours for the number to fully transfer to the new network.
    5. Request a New PAC:
Once the number is on the PAYG SIM, request a new PAC code from that temporary provider.
    6. Port Back to iD:
Use the new PAC code to port your number to the new iD Mobile contract you want.

It’s a bit of a ball-acher but unfortunately networks do not give you many options but to do it this way.

    Hope this helps x
