premuim messages not being sent

Ive changed the settings on my account & its still not letting me send premium messages , can someone help please?

Thanks for getting in touch I can appreciate how frustrating this is, especially when you’ve already changed settings and it’s still not working.

 

For premium rate messages, there are a few controls that all need to be in place for them to work:

 

1. Bill Cap (important step)

If your Bill Cap is set too low, premium services will be blocked even if everything else is enabled.

  • Log in to the iD Mobile app
  • Go to “My Account”
  • Select “Bill Cap”
  • You’ll need to increase your Bill Cap above £0 to allow premium rate messaging

Without this change, premium services will remain restricted for your safety.

 

2. Premium services setting

  • In the app, go to “Settings” / “My Services”
  • Check that Premium Rate Services are enabled

3. Device/network restart

  • Restart your phone after making changes to ensure updates apply correctly

If you’ve done all of the above and it still isn’t working, we may need to check if there are any network-level bars on your account.

Ive tried the above, my spending cap is at £25, what the premium rate im attempting to access is around £5.
