Proper invoice for upgrade to claim Samsung chromebook

I got a plan upgrade with ID mobile for Samsung S25. However, they have not sent me an invoice for it. I would need an invoice for the samsung s25 to claim for the chromebook. The invoice should include:

 

  1. Name of company
  2. Product name
  3. Amount paid for item
  4. Date

Thank you for getting in touch with us, please note that you will find the invoice on your iD Mobile App. You can use the following steps:

Open the iD Mobile app.

Log in to your account if prompted.

Tap on “Bills & Payments.”

Select “Previous Bills.”

If you are unable to find on your iD Mobile app, please send us private message via our Socials (Facebook or Instagram), Live Chat, Community or email us at socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk.
