If your Samsung Watch 8 was part of a promotional offer when you purchased your Samsung S26 FE, you'll need to submit a claim for it, as promotional gifts aren't usually sent automatically with the handset.

To claim:

1. Visit: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/claim-your-offer 
2. Find the Samsung S26 FE promotion.
3. Follow the instructions for the Samsung Watch 8 offer.
4. Complete the claim form and upload any required proof of purchase.
5. Submit the claim within the promotional claim period shown in the offer terms.
6. Once your claim has been approved, the watch will be sent to you.

If you're unable to find the offer on the claim page, please let us know where and when the handset was purchased and we'll point you in the right direction.
