If you are travelling to Cape Verde, please note that this is not included within our EU Roaming destinations, so you will need to purchase a roaming add-on if you would like to use mobile data while abroad.

Before travelling, we recommend checking the following:

• Ensure Roaming is active on your iD Mobile account through the iD Mobile app
• Ensure Data Roaming is enabled within your handset settings
• Set your Bill Cap to £0 before travelling to help prevent unexpected charges if your add-on allowance is used or if any roaming usage occurs outside the add-on
• Purchase the relevant roaming add-on before using data abroad

Once you arrive in Cape Verde, please make sure your handset connects to the correct roaming partner network. You can also try manually selecting the available network if needed through your handset network settings. (CV Movel / T+ Telecomunicações (Via Comfone))

Please also note that roaming charges can be significantly higher outside of included destinations, so we recommend checking your add-on is active before using mobile data.
