Samsung 'cashback' problems?

Has anyone that purchased a Samsung S25 with the £180 'cashback' ever received the payment? I got a notification everything was successful, but they aren't making any payment and being incredibly slow to respond. Does anyone know if Samsung don't provide payment, if there's any recourse with ID mobile?
