Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra Not On The Upgrade List

Hi, 

I am currently eligible for an upgrade. However, the specific phone I want to upgrade to is not on the list — Samsung S25 Ultra. I can see all other S25 versions, just not the Ultra. I am currently on a Sim Only Plan. Will I have to cancel that plan just to set up a new contract for the S25 Ultra?
