samsung galaxy watch with s26 ultra plan

I upgraded to the s26  ultra 2 days ago because it said i could claim the falaxy watch 8 ive came to do it on samsung website and the claim window is closed and hass been for nearly a month so how can id still advertuse this to draw peiple in and the claim cannot be made ?

    I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you've had claiming the Galaxy Watch 8 offer.

     

    From our side, the promotion is still showing as available under the iD Mobile offers page: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/claim-your-offer

     

     

    If the Samsung redemption website is advising that the claim window has closed, we'd recommend contacting Samsung Promotions Support directly, as they administer the offer and redemption process.

     

    They'll be best placed to investigate why you're unable to submit the claim and confirm your eligibility based on the date of purchase and the promotion terms.

     

    As the claim window is still showing as open on our side, any issues with the redemption process would need to be reviewed by Samsung directly.

     

    We appreciate how disappointing this must be after upgrading with the expectation of claiming the offer, and we hope Samsung can get this resolved for you quickly.

    I am also having the same issue went to claim id  mobile doesnt show on the list of companies
