Second contract query.

Hi, I currently have a contract with ID mobile, I am looking to take out a second on my account. How do I do this please and will there be a discount? Looking at pre ordering the iPhone 18 pro max. Thanks.

Thank you for your message.

You can absolutely add a second line to your account, and we'd be delighted to help you get ready for your new phone.

To take out a second contract, you'll simply need to place a new order for the handset and plan through our website, just as you would for a brand-new connection. Once your new plan is active, you can link both lines under the same online account by opening the iD Mobile app, selecting View your plans, and then tapping Add new plan.

Please note that, as this will be a separate agreement, it'll be subject to our standard credit and affordability checks.

In terms of discounts, we don't currently offer a specific multi-line or second-line discount. We aim to keep our plans competitively priced from the outset, offering our best possible value to all customers. That said, it's always worth checking our website regularly, as we often run promotional offers and trade-in deals that could help you save on your new handset or plan.

Quite gutting to hear you don’t offer a multi discount considering I am already a customer, I’ll have to see what the prices are going to be then.
