Hi. I am upgrading to a sim only plan but have bought a new handset outright. How do I transfer the sim to that new handset? Any help gratefully received. Thank you

    Hi ​@G2O25,

     

    Thank you for your message.

     

    If you are using a physical SIM card, you can simply remove the SIM from your current handset and insert it into your new phone. It should then connect and work automatically.

    If you are using an eSIM, you will need a new eSIM to be generated for your new device, as eSIMs cannot be transferred between phones. We’ll be happy to help you set this up when you’re ready.
