swapping id contracts

I signed up to a sim only deal through ID mobile and my current contract has finished how do I cancel my current contract and start my new ID mobile sim only contract at the same time? I can’t register my new sim account as I need to swap over mobile numbers

To move your existing number over to your new iD Mobile SIM only plan, you would first need to request a PAC code from your previous network provider. Once they provide this, your old contract will usually automatically cancel once the number transfer completes successfully.

 

After receiving the PAC code, please contact our Customer Service Team via Live Chat so they can process the number transfer onto your new iD Mobile SIM. You can contact the team here: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.

 

Once connected, simply explain your request and an advisor will assist you further.
