To move your existing number over to your new iD Mobile SIM only plan, you would first need to request a PAC code from your previous network provider. Once they provide this, your old contract will usually automatically cancel once the number transfer completes successfully.

After receiving the PAC code, please contact our Customer Service Team via Live Chat so they can process the number transfer onto your new iD Mobile SIM. You can contact the team here: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.

Once connected, simply explain your request and an advisor will assist you further.

I’m already with ID mobile my contract has expired yesterday

As you are already with iD Mobile and your contract has now expired, you would need to process this as an upgrade on that specific plan in order to keep your existing mobile number.

If a completely new plan is taken out instead, this would generate a new number and iD Mobile does not currently support internal number transfers between iD accounts.
