Hi I just wanted ti ask I am a sim only customer I have seen a mobile phone deal can I switch over from that to a new one

Yes, as a SIM only customer, you can absolutely switch over to a handset deal if you’ve seen a phone you like.

 

Before you do, you can quickly check if you’re eligible for an upgrade by logging into your iD Mobile account. If you’re eligible, you’ll usually see an upgrade banner or “View all upgrade deals” option on your dashboard. If that section is showing, you’re good to go!

 

If you’d like to proceed, here’s how to upgrade:

Option 1: Upgrade through your iD Mobile account

  1. From your dashboard, scroll down and tap on “View all upgrade deals”
  2. Scroll down and select “Choose this plan” next to the phone deal you want
  3. Tap “Continue” and follow the steps to complete your order (you may need to complete a quick card verification)
  4. Tap “Place order”
  5. You’ll then receive an order reference number once it’s complete
