Switched back to my old number but now its taking ages and now i cant recieve calls or texts from the original number and i cant call 7777

Switched numbers nearly 2 weeks ago from the number id gave me back to a number i was using before but its taking too long to switch back and i can even take calls from the id number. i can make calls from it though but not to 7777

What phone do you have?

Have you tried a replacement SIM?? 
You can either visit a Currys store to obtain one (for free) or request one via your account:-

Just be aware that your account will be suspended until you activate the new SIM and you will not be able to use your phone.


Another option, with regards to what you are asking, is to contact the Live Chat.
You can contact an adviser with regards to your query via this link:-

Type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box to bypass the chatbot and to connect with an advisor.

its a shame the bot is bugged or something because i cant contact a real person at all

Hi ​@idisbad  sorry to hear you are having trouble with this. What date did you select as your switching date? have you tried a reboot at all?

i dont remember because it was 2 weeks ago. also is there any way to speak to a manager or somebody with technical knowledge because all the customer support agents were useless
