switched from my contract to sim only

I have just switched today, via the app from monthly contract (which was at and end) to sim only and now everything seems to be starting all over again.

 

I need to keep my number. { REMOVED }, also I think I need to change the new sim only from unlimited text and calls and 109gb to the cheapest sim only plane with unlimited text, calls and data
