I purchased a new sim only plan yesterday with ID Mobile, and I wanted to keep my number, I am already with ID mobile and I was with them for 2 years, I’ve set up a new eSIM for on my phone today but ID have sent me a new number and when I tried changing it back to my previous in the app it says there’s an issue and that my details don’t match can you please help, I just wanted to switch to a sim only contract and to keep my number
