Hi,

I have the iPhone 16 and it’s the worst phone I’ve ever had. I got it through ID and I’ve had it for a year. It randomly turns off, the camera quality is hot garbage and it will glitch horribly all the time it’s honestly worse than the iPhone 5c I had when I was 14. I want to get the iPhone 18 pro, but ID say I’m not eligible to switch yet. Is there any way around this if the phone is legit broken??
