I had a contract with ID mobile and I have now purchased an ID mobile sim, I’m looking to keep my old number but with sim only. I now have 2 sims and a PAC number. How do I change my old number to the new sim only?

    Hi @Jordan1706,

Thank you for getting in touch, however I'm sorry, but iD Mobile doesn't support internal number transfers between iD Mobile accounts.

This means that if you've taken out a new iD Mobile SIM-only plan, you won't be able to use a PAC to move your number from your previous iD Mobile account onto the new iD Mobile SIM.

The only way to keep your existing number with iD Mobile is to upgrade your current plan, or to transfer your number to another network and then back again.

As you've already purchased the new SIM-only plan, the best option would be to contact the point of sale to discuss returning the new plan if it's still within the applicable returns period. You can then contact our Sales Team, who can help you upgrade your existing account correctly while keeping your current number.

You can contact our Sales Team via Live Chat here: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

    Regards,
