switching plans & need to cancel plan and re-join

Dear all,

I have a current sim-only 30-day plan (80 GB for £10) in use for more than a year, and there is a new sim-only plan on offer I'm considering to switch to, but this is not included among the options available on my id app for plan changes, as l only saw the offered plan on ID website sim-only offers (the plan is a monthly contract with 108 GB for £9).

 

How can l switch to this plan, or do l need to cancel/end my current contract and purchase the one l like on your website? No smooth transition between plans is available? Thanks

Give their sales team a call and ask them to change your plan. The iD Mobile sales team can be contacted at 020 7139 1397 during normal office hours, which are 9am to 6pm.
