Terminating plan/ contract

After numerous attempts at getting simple answers. Not one answer received. I want to cancel whatever plan/ contract you moved me to, that I did not agree to. I am now going to be billed £14.99 pm for what is effectively a sim only plan which makes it plain you are charging me for the handset again when it has already been paid off.  Your customer services are dreadful.  The only reply I received sent me to a 404 error page so I have no idea what the reply was.  On my profile it clearly states "no topics raised, no replies given" the only truth there is no replies given. Your customer phone service agent hung up on me because she couldn't understand me. Yes, I speak English.

Do I have to remind of the Class Action law suit about unfair practices and rip-off's by mobile suppliers. I want you to cancel the plan/contract without termination fees for a plan/contract I did not agree too.  You failed to tell me you were moving me over to another plan/contract and also failed to supply details of said plan/contract. 

You have 7 days to comply with my request if you fail to comply I will put in a complaint to ofcom.

For your information, here are your cancellation options:

 

Cancel with a STAC code: This cancels your account immediately without keeping your number. You’ll need to provide the STAC code to any other network you’re switching to. Please don’t choose this option if you can’t provide the code to another provider, as your account will remain active otherwise.

 

Cancel with a PAC code: This allows you to transfer your number to a different network. Once your number is transferred over your account with us disconnects.

 

30-day disconnection: You can keep using the service for 30 days before the contract officially ends.
