termination of plan/contract

I received another reply which goes straight to a 404 error page again. Two replies that I have no idea what each message said.  Have you cancelled the plan/contract?  This is a mobile phone, you could always try phoning me

  Thet would be novel wouldn't it!

So have you cancelled the plan that I did not agree too?

To check the status of your plan and confirm whether anything has been cancelled, please send us a DM so we can verify your details and look directly into your account.

You can also check the status yourself in the iD Mobile app or My Account online, it will show clearly if your plan is active or cancelled.

Once you DM us, we’ll sort this out for you as quickly as possible.
