The upgrades page is experiencing some sort of bug

I've been trying to see when I can get an upgrade and the first page where you can select the "check for upgrade" button works, however once you select that button you go to a green page with the ID logo that just refreshes, flashes and goes back to the green page with the ID logo. Other people have reported this but the response seems to be that there's no known error. Which is ridiculous.

@JamieRosencrans hello does this happen using a web browser or the IDMobile app?

If so try clearing the cache for said app or apps. If using the IDMobile app try your app store to see if there's an update for it and download and install it.
