Hi @Rosiea95,

I understand what you’re trying to do, but just to clarify, iD Mobile doesn’t support internal number transfers between two iD accounts (including eSIM plans). So unfortunately, you wouldn’t be able to move your old number directly onto your new contract if they’re both with iD Mobile.

What your options are:

  • The only way to keep your number within iD is to upgrade the plan that already has the number you want to keep
  • Alternatively, number transfers (PAC) only work between different networks, not within iD Mobile

Easiest solution:

The simplest option here would be to:

  • Return your new plan (within the returns period via your point of purchase)
  • Then upgrade your original plan correctly, so you keep your existing number on the new deal

Another scenario:

If your “old number” is actually with a different network (not iD Mobile), then you can transfer it over using a PAC code, just let us know and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

I know that’s not always the answer people expect, but it’s the cleanest way to make sure you keep your number without any issues.

Let me know how you’d like to proceed.

Regards,
