Yes, you could cancel your current contract and take out a new agreement, or trade in your current handset and look at the available options when the iPhone Duo becomes available. It's expected to be released in October.

However, if you're already an iD Mobile customer, it's important to be aware that iD Mobile doesn't support internal number transfers. This means that if you cancel your current plan and take out a new iD Mobile contract, you won't be able to move your existing iD Mobile number onto the new plan.
