I am so sorry so we're unable to transfer your SIM or mobile account directly to your brother. This is because the account agreement and credit check were completed in your name, and for security and legal reasons ownership cannot simply be changed to another person.

If your brother would like to have an account with us, he'll need to open his own account and complete his own application and credit check.
