Trying to access rolling contract

I am at the end of my 24 month contract and would like to change to a monthly rolling contract but cannot find the option anywhere. For new customers the option is available but it doesn’t seem an option for loyal customers who simply wish to change after their contract ends. Please help as I’m paying over £30 monthly when all I need is a sim.

Thanks for getting in touch I understand why you’d want a clear, simple route to move onto a SIM only rolling plan at the end of your contract.

 

That said, if you’re not seeing suitable SIM only options in the app or online account, the quickest way to get this sorted is to speak directly with our sales team, who can place you onto the correct SIM only tariff straight away.

They’ll be able to review your current usage and move you onto a SIM only rolling plan that better suits your needs.

 

I completely appreciate your frustration at paying over £30 when you only need a SIM the team will make sure, you’re on the most cost-effective plan available once they’ve reviewed your account.
