I want to speak to a person about keeping my phone number on an old phone and getting a new number for this phone

Hi @JoshH64,

Thanks for getting in touch.

If you'd like to keep your current number on your old phone and have a new number for your new phone, you'll need to take out a new iD Mobile SIM plan for the new device.

Our Sales team can help you with this and discuss the plans available. Please contact them via Live Chat, and they'll be happy to get everything set up for you.

Regards,
