trying to upgrade

I am looking to upgrade to the iPhone 15 with 256GB however it has a huge upfront cost. If I go via Carphone warehouse they can offer 28.99 monthly and 59.99 upfront with 100GB data and unlimited minutes and texts if I’m a new customer but I can’t do it as I can’t use a PAC code when I’m existing with ID already. 
if I try and upgrade with you directly then you offer the same deal except the upfront cost is 149.00! Please can you let me know if you can do the upgrade for the lower price please to save me having to leave ID mobile for another provider.

Thanks for getting in touch, and I completely understand your frustration here, especially when you’ve found what appears to be a better upfront cost elsewhere and would prefer to remain with iD Mobile.

 

If you were to take out the deal through Carphone Warehouse as a new customer, this would create a brand new iD Mobile account and mobile number. Unfortunately, iD Mobile does not currently support internal number transfers between iD Mobile accounts, which means you would either need to keep two separate accounts active or use the new number provided on the new plan.

 

Because of this, we’d recommend contacting our Sales Team directly to discuss the upgrade options available to you and see whether there are any alternative offers or pricing options that could better suit your needs.
