trying to upgrade but keep going through a login loop

I am clicking on upgrade in my app and it takes me to a blank page that never loads, if I then try in a browser and login I click upgrade and it takes me back to a login screen and it is a continuous loop

    As you're experiencing a blank page in the app and a login loop in your browser, we'd recommend contacting our Sales team via Live Chat. They'll be able to check your upgrade eligibility and help you complete the upgrade if you're unable to do so online.
