trying to upgrade sim and phone but fails

I go into the app find upgrades, find a deal i like and hit upgrade now to continue the process. The app fails to open the next page and crashes. Tried multiple time, so tried the website direct and that logs me out evertime and prompts me to log in. Been doing this all week.

To be honest im going to have little faith in phone contract company if they can't manage an app or website to work properly.

Annoyingly no one is available at this time so ill have to wait till after work
