Unable to upgrade, CS Bot Not Working.

Anyone else running into a Cloudflare timeout error when trying to upgrade?
Tried from multiple devices on different connections.

CS ChatBot seems to just be going in circles.

    Hi ​@ConnorField ,

    I am so sorry to learn that you are having trouble processing your upgrade. Please try contacting our sales team telephonically. 

    The sales number is 0800 049 0250. The IVR will ask for the following:

    - iD Mobile number. 

    The customer will need to select option 1 and option 1 again. 

    The customer will be prompted to enter the CS PIN (4-digit PIN).
