Unable to use PAC

Hello,

I was eligible for an upgrade but found a better deal through the Carphone Warehouse. I proceeded to buy my new phone but I am struggling/unable to move my mobile number to my new plan. Can someone please help ?

Thank you for reaching out.

 

Kindly be advised that if your existing mobile number is with iD Mobile and the new plan is with iD Mobile as well, that you will not be able to transfer the existing number over to the new account as the system does not allow us to port internally. You can however transfer from a different network to our network or transfer from our network to a different network. The only way to keep your number with iD mobile is to do an upgrade from your old contract which will convert to a new one keeping your old number.

Hello,

How do I do this if I have already got a new upgrade? It isn’t very helpful when I’ve tried to find a phone number to do this and yet this isn’t available. It also isn’t fair that the deal elsewhere is significantly cheaper than what is being shown online for loyal customers. How could I put this through as an upgrade?
