Unlimited Data loyalty add-on not working

Hello!

Back in May, I upgraded to a sim only contact with iD. while the contract stated 240GB of data, I was informed over the phone that I was being given a loyalty add-on for unlimited data for 24 Months (Contract Length). After the upgrade, my new data allowance showed on my homepage, but not unlimited data? When I checked the plan tab after the upgrade there was a notice stating "Loyalty add-on. Unl Data 24M", however this never reflected in my total allowance remaining meter. Additionally this notice on the plan tab has recently disappeared. Is there any way I can get this add-on restored?

If the "Loyalty add-on. Unl Data 24M" was showing on your plan after the upgrade, it's possible that the add-on is still active even though it no longer appears in the same place.

It's also worth noting that unlimited data add-ons don't always reflect in your main allowance meter. In many cases, you'll continue to see your standard allowance (240GB in your case), and the unlimited add-on will only come into effect once you've used your included data allowance.

If you've recently noticed that the loyalty add-on has disappeared from your plan details, we'd recommend keeping an eye on your usage.
