Update on order

Hi! 

I placed an order/upgrade on 10th Nov. Besides the original email with an order reference number I have had no futher contact, nor a new handset.  In the upgrade email it also stated that new allowances will be available within 24h. This has not happened either. Can someone please get in contact with me to confirm the order and to inform when should I expect the new handset.

YOU need to contact ID via CHAT PAGE on such issues, not on a Community Forum.

Thank you for your response.  I did not know ID mobile has opened a chat service. Community was the only way of contacting them a few months ago. I have now used the chat service and received all the information needed. Thanks again!

@JaanaP  I personally would call sales on +44 20 7139 1397 or 0800 049 0250 Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm sale also available weekends and discuss the matter with them.
