Upfront fee adjustment

I am looking to upgrade to an new iPhone 17 pro max and want to increase the upfront charge to around £300 but I cant see an option to do this. Can you please advise?

    Thanks for your message. At the moment, the option to increase the upfront payment (deposit) to a specific amount like £300 isn’t available directly in the iD Mobile app or online, the deposit is usually set automatically based on the plan, your credit check, and the phone price.

    If you’d like to request a higher upfront payment, you’ll need to speak with our sales team so they can check if this can be manually adjusted for your upgrade. You can contact them on 0800 049 0250 or via Live Chat on the iD Mobile website.
