Upgrading my Sansung Galaxy A34 existing plan with ID with unlimited texts, mins and data. Found deal online through Money Saving Expect still with ID for Samsung A36 5G Unlimited Text, mins and data for £14.99 a month with £45 paid upfront. ID upgrade only offering is for £28.99 a month no upfront fee.  Why can't I get the MSE deal as an existing customer?

    The MSE deals are third party, new line deals, whilst upgrade offers will often be different to any new line deals, if you’re not seeing an upgrade you’re happy with, please call the sales team on 0207 1391 397 to see if there’s anything they can offer you.
