I would like to upgrade my plan next month. I wanna know what choices are available and I would like to know if I wanna get a better number. How is that possible?

and why it’s so hard to get to speak to someone?

When it comes to upgrades, we are not able to see available options until you are eligible, you will need to wait until your eligible date.
