You can only upgrade your plan once you’re eligible, which depends on your current contract and how long you’ve had your plan. You can check your eligibility by logging into your iD Mobile account or the iD Mobile app — it will show your upgrade date if available.

If you’re not yet eligible, unfortunately, it won’t be possible to upgrade before that date. Once you reach your eligibility, you’ll be able to view the available upgrade options and make changes.
