At the moment, iD Mobile doesn’t offer an early upgrade option. To upgrade your plan, you’ll need to wait until you’re within the upgrade window.

You can upgrade to a new handset from 60 days before your current plan ends, or switch to a SIM-only deal 24 days before your plan expires.

If you’re unsure when your plan is due to end, you can check this in the iD Mobile app or your online account.

Here’s how:

Check your iD Mobile upgrade eligibility by logging into the iD Mobile app or My Account online and viewing the "Plan" or "Upgrade" section. You can upgrade up to 60 days before your contract ends. If you are eligible, the dashboard will display an "Upgrade now" option, showcasing available deals.
