I am due an upgrade in 2 weeks but have damaged my current phone. Would there be any chance of upgrading slightly earlier?

I’m sorry to hear your current device has been damaged. I understand you’re due an upgrade in two weeks; however, I’m afraid we’re not able to offer an early upgrade in this instance. You will need to wait until you are eligible to upgrade.
