i would like to upgrade my phone is there away of doing this as it keeps saying ive not been with you longer enough

If you’re seeing a message saying you haven’t been with us long enough, it usually means your account hasn’t yet reached the minimum eligibility period required to upgrade.

 

You can check your upgrade eligibility by:

  1. Logging into the iD Mobile app or your online account at my.idmobile.co.uk
  2. Going to My Account > Upgrade
  3. Reviewing whether any upgrade options are currently available to you

If you are eligible, you’ll be able to view and proceed with available upgrade deals directly from there.

If you’re unsure or still having issues, our Sales Team can also check this for you and go through any available options. You can contact them via:

  • Live Chat through the iD Mobile website
  • Or by calling 0800 049 0250

They’ll be able to confirm your eligibility and help you explore upgrade options if they’re available.
