When am trying to upgrade it’s not coming up and when I try on safari it just keeps logging me out

As a first step, please try using an incognito/private browsing window in Safari, as this can often resolve login loop or session issues caused by cached browser data.

 

You can also check whether you’re currently eligible to upgrade by following these steps in the iD Mobile app:

  1. Open the iD Mobile app and sign in
  2. Go to My Account
  3. Select My Plan
  4. Scroll down to check your Upgrade eligibility or contract end information

If you are eligible, you should see upgrade options available within the app or online account.
