Any chance you can change my upgrade to a few days earlier please.

Unfortunately, we wouldn’t be able to move an upgrade date forward. Upgrades become available based on the eligibility date attached to the agreement and cannot be brought forward by a few days.

 

Once your upgrade date arrives, you’ll then be able to go ahead and choose your new plan or device.

 

We’re sorry for any disappointment caused and appreciate your patience.
