I’m due an upgrade and want to move to sim only. However on the website and app when I select sim only deals the website goes no further just a blank screen

We’re sorry to hear you’re having issues with the website and app when trying to move onto a SIM only plan.

 

If the page is going blank when selecting SIM only deals, we’d recommend contacting our Sales team via Live Chat so they can help complete the upgrade and check if there’s an issue affecting the account or website journey.

 

They’ll be able to go through the available SIM only options with you and help get everything set up correctly.
