I’d like to update my phone but my contract ends in a month. Is there anyway I can update before contracts ends

    You can check whether you're eligible for an upgrade by logging into the iD Mobile app or your online account. If you're eligible, you'll see an upgrade option available there.

     

    If you're not yet eligible, the app or account will show your upgrade date.

     

    Unfortunately, iD Mobile does not offer early upgrades, so you'll need to wait until you reach your upgrade eligibility date before taking out a new upgrade plan.
