Please can you let me know when I can upgrade? I thought there was a possibility of an early upgrade as I’d like to take a new phone to take pictures in holiday

    You can check whether you're eligible for an upgrade by logging into the iD Mobile app or your online account. If you're eligible, you'll see an upgrade option available there.

     

    If you're not yet eligible, the app or account will show your upgrade date.

     

    Unfortunately, iD Mobile does not offer early upgrades, so you'll need to wait until you reach your upgrade eligibility date before taking out a new upgrade plan.
